Ordering
How do I place an order?
On WhatsApp at +237 699 218 600, by phone on any of our three numbers, or by email at dreamagricol@gmail.com. Tell us the products, quantities and the pickup or delivery location.
Can I order and pay on the website?
No. Orders are placed by message or phone, and payment terms are agreed with us when the order is confirmed.
Why are prices not shown?
They depend on the harvest, the variety and the quantities. We give you the price for each order, before anything is confirmed.
Do you supply businesses with regular volumes?
Yes. Describe your business, products, volumes and preferred frequency: we look at what the farm can supply and send you a proposal.
Availability
How do I know what is available?
The Harvest page shows, product by product, what is available, what is coming soon and what is out of season. The team keeps it up to date.
What does “on request” mean?
That availability is checked case by case: message us, we check with the farm and get back to you.
Pickup and delivery
Where can I pick up an order?
At our depot in Elig-Edzoa market, Yaoundé. Let us know before you come so your order is ready.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is arranged case by case, depending on the place and quantities: in Yaoundé, elsewhere in Cameroon, and abroad subject to availability.
I live abroad: can I order for my family in Cameroon?
Yes. Message us with the recipient, the city and the products: together we agree on handover and payment terms.
Produce
Where does the produce come from?
From our farm in Nomayos-Esse, where they are planted, tended and harvested before reaching our Elig-Edzoa depot.
Which varieties do you offer?
Golden, Calina and Goliath papaya; white and red cocoyam; cassava; white yam; red chili. Specify the variety when you order.
